Simplified Approach to Criminology, Penology and Victimology is a humble effort to explain the very basic concept of Criminology, Penology and Victimology to the beginners on the stepping stones of their legal education. The basic aim of this book is to make the students understand the concepts of criminology, penology and victimology so that they may understand the factors contributing to criminal behaviour, the concept of punishment and why victims should be given the deserving importance. For understanding the concept in a better way, a good number of cases decided by various High Courts and the Supreme Court have also been included.
