The book “Law of Torts” by Dr. Davis Panadan Varghese has been written in accordance with the contents of course for law students of three- year and five-year degree course. The book is unique on several grounds. Firstly, this is the first guide book for students of law and faculty, which contains detailed portions of the syllabus. Secondly, it helps the students to answer all the questions in the exams in systematic way. Thirdly, thirty-four chapters have been narrated in a clear and lucid style, so that the readers may understand them easily. Fourthly, this book has answered for previous five years question paper in a perfect way. Fifthly, this book is devised to group each chapter in different units as per the university instructions. And lastly, the language is simple and understandable. All in all, the author has made every effort to present the answers in distinct, evident and intelligible style.
